Dear Supporters,

Today we received a letter from NHTSA rejecting our petitions for NHTSA to issue orders of non-compliance to Ford, Tesla, and Rivian.

It should make you extremely upset that the federal agency tasked with protecting us refuses to even open an investigation into LED headlights.  Now is the time to call your Congressperson in Washington, D.C. and demand action from Congress.

The Soft Lights Foundation will continue.  Our petition to the FDA is still under review, there are human rights investigations that are now in progress, and we have initiated two lawsuits.  We will continue to submit additional petitions to NHTSA and the FDA.

The United States federal government is required to protect us.  It's our job to make them do their job.
