Dear Supporters,

Today I received an email from the general counsel at the FDA. Here is part of what she said:

"FDA is still reviewing your petition because it raises issues requiring further review and analysis by agency officials.  If you would like FDA to consider material contained in one or more of the Emails during our review of your petition, please resubmit the information to the Division of Dockets Management and clearly mark “Supplement to Petition FDA-2022-P-1151.”  We will respond to your petition as soon as we have reached a decision on your request."

Our petition was only to request that the FDA regulate LEDs. How is this a difficult decision? Anyways, it's now time for us to overwhelm the FDA with our stories. Tell them how you feel. Post your photos just like you do on Facebook or other groups. Tell the FDA how LEDs have wrecked your health and how impossible it is to drive anymore.

In the meantime, I will be sending them volumes and volumes of documents that I have written or accumulated over the last several years. The FDA is telling us that now is the time for us to give them the material they need.
