Dear Supporter,

MarieAnn Cherry of New York has been diagnosed with epilepsy and suffers an epileptic seizure whenever exposed to LED light.  On May 19, 2022, she was a passenger in a vehicle when a truck with LED headlights appeared cresting a hill.  In that instant of being struck by the LED light, she was immediately thrown into a violent seizure, causing her to hit her face on the dashboard and violently thrashing her arms, hitting the driver.  She suffered injuries which she is recovering from now.

MarieAnn has previously filed a complaint with the New York State Public Service Commission regarding the LED streetlights in her village that also cause her to have seizures.  That case is taking final comments from any and all who are concerned about LED lights.  Comments are due May 30, 2022.  This is an opportunity for you to tell the government how dangerous LED lights are.  You can detail your own experiences and/or write in support of MarieAnn.  It's as simple as writing an email or letter to:
