Dear Supporters,

Our two least favorite people, US Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and NHTSA Deputy Director Steven Cliff are at it again. Now NHTSA has approved cars without steering wheels.

These people are addicted to technology - Light Emitting Diodes, Adaptive Driving Beam, and Driverless Cars. But where is the concern for humans? NHTSA and DOT's addiction to technology is wrecking our lives. Traffic fatalities have increased dramatically. Psychologically, we humans are a mess. This is what addiction does: it destroys lives.

The first step in beating addiction is acknowledging that there is a problem. DOT and NHTSA remain in denial about their addiction to technology. They refuse to acknowledge that LEDs are blinding humans. They want to continue to believe that all we need to solve the LED headlight crisis is more technology. We must intervene and show NHTSA and DOT that the first step to technology recovery is for NHTSA to publicly recognize that LEDs are a surface source light that NHTSA has never approved and that LEDs are toxic, dangerous, discriminatory, and illegal.

I wrote a letter to as many NHTSA employees as I could find. http://www.softlights.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/NHTSA-Staff-1.pdf
There are real people working at NHTSA, and maybe there is one person who can do something about this. I notified the staff of the NHTSA Whistleblower program which recently awarded $24 Million to a whistleblower.

I also copied all the auto industry reporters I could find and members of the Congressional US House Oversight Committee. I now need your help. Below are the emails of the people at NHTSA that I wrote. Please write them and tell them that human needs must be first and that human eyes and human nerves must be prioritized over technology.
