One of our members sent me this video and asked that I share.  It is a compilation of video that he personally took showing the eye-damaging blue-rich light and the blinding glare.  The camera is experiencing what you are experiencing.

One of the most effective things you can do is to share this video and the link to the petition with your local news media and ask them to do a story.  LEDs emit light from a flat surface that has non uniform distribution, resulting in blinding peak luminance.  LED headlights have never been approved by any government agency in either the USA or Canada.
