Dear Supporters,

Jennifer Homendy is the Chair of the US National Transportation Safety Board.  I have written to her close to 50 times with no response.  Today, Ms. Homendy made a statement to the Associated Press that NHTSA's false claim that "94% of serious accidents is due to driver error" must be removed from the NHTSA website.

If Ms. Homendy is serious about truthful statistics, then why does her agency refuse to investigate incidents with LED headlights and why do employees at her own agency claim that most accidents are due to driver error?

We must take this opportunity to demand that both NHTSA and the NTSB stop playing games with our lives and to take action to eliminate LED headlights, which, oh by the way, are not only dangerous, but illegal.  Here are the officials that you can write:

Steven Cliff, Acting Director, NHTSA: steven.cliff@dot.gov
Stephen Ridella, Director, Office of Defects, NHTSA: stephen.ridella@dot.gov
Jennifer Homendy, Chair, NTSB: jennifer.homendy@ntsb.gov
Tom Krisher, Associated Press: tkrisher@ap.org
Hope Yen, Associated Press: hyen@ap.org

Sincerely,
Mark Baker
