One of the methods of perpetrating a fraud is by developing a message and then using sales people and glossy brochures to support the fraud.  We have recently figured out that one of the LED Cartel's messages is that lighting standards and regulations are "technology neutral".  I have been told this message by staff at the National Highway Transportation Administration, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the Illuminating Engineering Society, and the International Dark Skies Association.

Once we realize that the message is nearly verbatim everywhere we go, we have to ask ourselves, "Where did this message originate?"  In this case, the message comes from the LED Cartel.  It is impossible to say that standards and regulations such as NHTSA FMVSS-108 and IES RP-8-18 are written in such a way as to be applicable to the sun, a candle, an incandescent light bulb, a fluorescent light, a High-Pressure Sodium lamp, an LED light beam and a laser beam all at the same time.  This idea of "technology neutral" is part of the LED Cartel's fraud.

We wrote to the Chair of the Congressional House Oversight Committee and have requested a full-scale investigation into the LED Cartel.
