Greetings and Happy New Year to you all! Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition. We recently crossed the 1K mark! If you have not already, please take a few minutes of your time and write a short email to the addresses provided below explaining the effect that blinding headlights and other car lights are having on your life and ask for research into this issue to be conducted. Dr.'s Sully and Flannagan at the Univ. of Mich. Transportation Research Institute can conduct the tests we need to verify how much of a menace blinding and distracting lights truly are. If they hear from hundreds of us, I believe they will be compelled to act. If they hear only from the dozen that have written so far, they will write us off. It just takes a few minutes and can have a huge impact!
