This dark web called "Welcome to Video" you can find what he did by search on Google "Son-Jong-Woo welcome to video"

His dark web keeps growing until he has 1.28 million users from over 30 countries.

He only trades videos or 6 months pass with Bitcoin.

- The 6 months pass has cost 343 dollars.

4000 people bought this pass and he made about 339,600 dollars in Mar. 2018, after 8 months 2 years he made this website.

Until he got investigative authorities he ran this website to people can share 25 thousand of child porn include INFANT CHILD(literally BABY) raped by ADULT from the world.

Investigators from over 30 countries(South Korea, US, UK, etc.) cooperated to catch this man for the last 8 months 2 years and they finally got the IP address that he used from his house in South Korea.

Korean coups got Son-Jong-Woo and let other countries know the user from their own country and each Pedophilia was arrested in their land.

And then he hires 7 lowers for his trial and he only executed Two years in prison and three years in probation from the court on his first trial. 

After his first trial, he and his GF suddenly made Registration of marriage paper to get reduces his sentence.

The last month 17th DOJ, the US open the investigation results to the public and people got a shocked.

AND TODAY 6th Jul 2020 Korea Court decided NOT TO SEND "Son-Jong-Woo" TO THE US.

AND TODAY "Son-Jong-Woo" RELEASED FROM JAIL TO OUR SOCIETY.

AND Korean Court said, "We can solve this crime our own, not to send him to the US by Extradition. It doesn't mean we indulgence him."

How can you belive this word if you already saw the court sentenced a year and a half in jail to him? and they even said two years of jail sentenced is too excessive punishment to him.

How can anyone believe their word?

Please, give us one minute to make him what he already got to punished.
