Renters should be given help just like home owners, who are getting help with their mortgages. We are ALL in the same position during this Pandemic . Landlords need to give us 3 months break on rent. Government needs to give Landlords Grants to allow to do so. 
If not then Section 8 needs to open up waiting list , and give vouchers for low income housing or we will ALL be homeless! 
Apartment Owners need to have more low income apartments to help people, it is NOT fair homeowners get a break and we don’t! Stop Evictions til we get back on our feet and NOT expect 3 months rent to be paid after 3 months, but to start off fresh and start paying rent as usual when 3 months is over .
