Currently,there are over 90,000 missing Americans. Currently we have the Amber alert for kidnapped children,and a gold alert for our elderly. But in between,we have nothing for missing children, spouses, and other loved ones, except social media. This HAS to change. Every human,American,deserves to have the United States be aware that they are missing. There should be a public alert anytime anyone goes missing. The first few days are the most crucial,and being made to wait days to even file a report because some are considered "runaways",is losing critical time. It's never too early to report someone missing. Please consider changing this law. In light of a young 16 year old woman who has been missing for over 10 days,named Jholie Moussa, we petition to name this new law,if passed, Jholie Alert. It should be treated in the same manner as an Amber Alert.
