FORMAL PETITION AND CONGRESSIONAL MANDATE

SUBJECT: URGENT MANDATE: Revocation of Status, Asset Confiscation, and Detention of ALL Iranian Regime Affiliates (Past and Current) and Their Families.
To the President, Leaders of Congress, and Executive Command:
In the shadow of recent massacres and the escalating atrocities committed against the Iranian people, we—the undersigned People of Iran and Iranian-American citizens—issue this formal demand for immediate legislative and executive intervention.
The Iranian regime continues to perpetrate crimes against humanity with impunity. It is an affront to the victims of this violence that the perpetrators, their facilitators, and their immediate families are permitted to utilize the United States as a sanctuary for their wealth and their kin.
We, the signatories, petition the United States Government to take the following actions WITH NO EXCEPTIONS:
 * Universal Revocation of Legal Status: We demand the immediate nullification of all U.S. Citizenships, Permanent Residency (Green Cards), and visas held by all Iranian government officials—including both past and current officeholders—without exception. This must extend to their immediate family members (spouses and children). Their presence on American soil is a direct threat to the safety of the Iranian-American diaspora and a violation of the spirit of U.S. immigration law.
 * Comprehensive Asset Confiscation: We call upon the Department of the Treasury and the DOJ to identify, freeze, and confiscate all assets—including bank accounts, luxury real estate, and shell companies—linked to these individuals. These funds, extracted through corruption and the blood of the Iranian people, must be seized under the Global Magnitsky Act.
 * Criminal Detention: We request that individuals identified as complicit in regime activities or the laundering of its wealth be detained immediately. We propose they be held in federal facilities, such as the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where other high-profile foreign actors are detained for crimes against international stability and justice.
 * Bipartisan Legislative Action: We call upon the leaders of both the Republican and Democratic parties to co-sponsor emergency legislation to close the loopholes allowing "Agazadehs" and former officials to reside in the U.S. while the regime they served continues its campaign of terror.
The United States cannot remain a "safe harbor" for those who have bankrolled, executed, or benefited from the slaughter of innocent civilians in Iran. We expect our elected leaders to act with the moral clarity and the "zero-tolerance" policy this moment demands.
