Dear supporters,

Thank you from my whole heart for standing with me. Today, I want to share the truth many didn’t know:

I am a Canadian father trapped outside my own country because of a wrongfully issued arrest warrant — created without written conditions, without interpreter, without legal explanation, and during a period of medically confirmed acute stress reaction.

But the worst suffering is not mine.

It is the suffering of my two little Canadian children —

Ervin Fish (born April 28, 2021) and

Charlotte Fish (born August 23, 2023).

Because of this mistake,

they have been denied their right to return home,

their right to access school and early learning programs,

their right to stability, safety, and family life.

They cry every day asking:

“When can we go home?”

The system failed them.

And now we are fighting to correct it — not only for me, but for every parent who could face the same injustice.

Your signatures are already shaking the walls of the institutions that ignored my voice.

Every new signature strengthens the message that this cannot be ignored anymore.
