The National Retirees Legislative Network (NRLN) initiated a survey of its members concerning their experience with private Medicare exchanges (PME).  NRLN President, Bill Kadereit, called for a survey of its members about their experiences with PMEs after hearing about the plight of TVA retirees concerning higher rates and lack of transparency.
