Turn the old Cartoon Network studios into a Animation Museum!

The Issue

It's no doubt that Cartoon Network has been part of our childhoods one way or another. Of course, the shows don't make themselves. People worked at CNS to make them, but that will change sadly...

The old building opened in August 24, 2000, and it has continued to provide great Animated cartoons, like The Powerpuff girls, Adventure Time, and Craig of the Creek, just to name a few. With all the chaos caused by WBD, it has become more difficult for people to see just how great the animation industry is, as they have cancelled many projects even though some of them are almost done with production and removed multiple shows from HBO Max (Now called Max). Recently, it has been announced by Warner Bros. Discovery that the old Cartoon Network Building will close by August 1st as CNS and Warner Bros tv animation will turn into one unit, with CN being responsible for original content and WB handling existing Ip (Looney Tunes, DC,  etc). I feel this is the perfect opportunity to turn the old building into an animation museum rather than demolishing the old building.

The museum could showcase many props used from older animation shows (not just Cartoon Network), like storyboard's, cels, and other things like that. Plus, it can showcase dedicated exhibits specific to one animator that influenced the industry. By turning the studios into a museum, it would not only save the building from demolition, but would also help educate the community on western animation, its history, impact, and tips for upcoming animators.

So, what are you waiting for? Spread the word of this petition and lets make this possible!!!
