As members of the Fellowship Monrovia Church community, past and present, we have a responsibility to seek truth and justice for our church family, especially for those who have been harmed by Senior Pastor Albert Tate and the Board. 

Recent allegations related to sexual transgressions and abusive leadership by our Senior Pastor Albert Tate have been deeply disturbing. Additionally, there are serious concerns regarding financial mishandling and fraudulent use of the church's funds. Equally troubling is the Board's failure to hold Senior Pastor Albert Tate accountable or provide transparency to the congregants regarding these allegations of misconduct and financial mismanagement.

The trust we place in our religious leaders is sacred. When this trust is violated through actions such as sexual misconduct, abusive leadership, financial fraudulence, and Board negligence, it shakes the very foundation of our faith community.

We need an independent investigation into these allegations against Senior Pastor Albert Tate and the Fellowship Church Board immediately. This will ensure accountability and restore trust within our beloved community.

p.s. At the Nov. 19, 2023 town hall meeting (~1:01:00), a congregant asked if the Board and Pastor Albert were open to an independent investigation, and they were not willing to commit.
