I am in contact and having a mail trail with Mr Aujender Singh and Mr Hiren Chandra Borah from nic. 

Positive message they have given us is that they would be releasing about 93cr funds to DISCOMS over India for CFA purposes.

But from the conversation, we found out that there is some miscommunication from the local authorities in Chandigarh (CREST) and MNRE. Though it was not our intention to point and blame for mistakes yet some points regarding communication gap between CREST and MNRE seems to have spun up. CREST has been mailed from MNRE side for clarification with no response as of date.
