In the wake of Lamb's accusations to FTC Inspector General of FTC misconduct, deception, intimidation tactics, and abuse, two FTC attorneys run like Floridians from Hurricane Irma.
Oh, what a tangled web they weave, when the Government practices to deceive...
In the wake of SBTC President and Mike's Law author James Lamb's accusations to the FTC's Inspector General of misconduct, deception, intimidation tactics, and abuse by FTC attorneys and the discovery of new information that had been previously sealed by the Court that was unsealed just last Tuesday, August 22, 2017, two of the four FTC attorneys Karen S. Hobbs and Danielle Estrada assigned to the FTC's bogus case against Lamb and Companies have asked the Court for leave to withdraw from the case as of Friday, August 25, 2017.
Lamb originally blew the whistle on FTC attorneys Hobbs, Estrada and P. Connell McNulty's alleged abuse and misconduct back in March, which included fraudulently certifying to a Federal Judge that an emergency condition existed to warrant exercise of the FTC's "nuclear option" against Lamb when such an emergency did not exist. Lamb's attorneys pointed out to the Court that Hobbs feigned an emergency condition existed when it did not exist.
Lamb now believes Hobbs misrepresented to the Judge that the case entailed "fraud" during her secret, sealed meeting with the Court --as if Lamb's companies were not actually processing client orders and properly paying out motor carriers' filings fees to the states -- implying that Lamb's business was being directed from "Switzerland" in order to induce the Court to immediately freeze Lamb's personal and business assets and put Lamb's businesses in receivership during the ex-parte hearing in which Lamb and his attorneys were not present. In actuality, the government's case against Lamb merely questions the adequacy of his pre-existing disclaimers, which were published on his website for years, among other good faith disclosures, including this homepage notice at the time the suit was filed:
"DOTAuthority is a consulting firm. It is not the Department of Transportation."
Rather than engage in a civil discussion with Lamb about their purported concerns or serve a civil investigative demand on Lamb, as is usual in these matters, the FTC attempted to blindside and railroad Lamb through the ex-parte one way secret meeting with the Judge to cut off his ability to fight the bogus charges and be able to afford to defend himself.
After a hearing 10 days later, when Lamb returned from a trip to Europe and testified before the Court to respond to specious allegations of being a "government imposter," the Judge immediately unfroze his assets and dismissed the receiver.
Lamb has pointed out to the Small Business Administration how the FTC lied to SBA in May 2017 about Lamb having foreign accounts when the FTC has known that not to be true since at least October 2016. FTC used the false existence of foreign accounts to justify its draconian actions against Lamb to SBA. FTC has also admitted to SBA that they began targeting Lamb at the request of the USDOT's FMCSA in 2015. Lamb notes that as a volunteer non profit trade group founder and president, he sued USDOT/FMCSA twice on behalf of industry from 2013-2015. It appears FMCSA asked FTC to target Lamb's for profit business shortly thereafter as retaliation for those lawsuits, making the action against Lamb more of a political hit piece as opposed to a bona fide consumer protection investigation. Lamb has brought that matter to the attention of members of Congress and Congressional Committees with oversight authority over the FTC and expects Congressional hearings in the near future.
Lamb has also alerted the FBI to FTC attorney Collot Guerard's apparent January 2017 attempts to use his two year old daughter as a pawn to intimidate and coerce him into accepting their terms of surrender. Lamb cannot understand how the government would think it appropriate to discuss his child in the midst of heated mediation talks. The FBI has advised Lamb they have opened a PUBLIC CORRUPTION FILE in response.
Lamb has asked FTC that Guerard be removed from his case given similar allegations involving tampering of up to 12 witnesses, some of whom refused to lie for the FTC and were allegedly told by Guerard their children might wind up in a shelter if they did not play ball. Guerard recently advised Lamb's attorneys that Lamb's request was denied by her supervisors.
They can run, but they cannot hide...

...to get the FTC Commissioners to withdraw the bogus charges. Lamb's attorneys are currently exploring Bivens actions against corrupt government personnel to pierce the Federal government's shield of "sovereign immunity" to seek damages for Lamb from those who have violated his Constitutional rights to curb the infliction of further abuse by government against American citizens, families and small businesses.
Hundreds of truckers who support Lamb and his attempts to "Make the Roads Safe Again" have pledged to join Lamb as he parades through Washington, D.C. on September 5th, 2017 to protest violent attacks on truckers for "DAY WITHOUT A TRUCKER" under his "TRUCKER LIVES MATTER" brand as the Federal government remains apathetic to the plight of truckers, which entails unsafe working conditions, and instead chooses to harass American families and small businesses grounded in unethical tactics and regulatory overreach.
In the meantime, the sudden departure of the two FTC's attorneys who commenced the case against Lamb in the first place appears to be turning heads among members of Congress and raising the eyebrows of members of the media...
