End the suffering, inhumane Dog Hoarding, at The Trixie Foundation * Elliott County*

The Issue

Today  in scenic Elliot County, Kentucky  The  Trixie  Foundation  is portrayed  as a decent  501C3, non profit  Sanctuary  in Eden by Founder Randy  Skaggs. Able to increase the acreage   by donation  funds, the animals  appear to be forgotten  as the  conditions deteriorate.

Fix the horrific  living  conditions , or Close  the One way door, Dogs enter but never an adoption . Adoption  is not permitted .
