The Tripura University has scheduled conducting of exams from 7th of February till 7th of May, 2022. This petition has been created to publicly show the administration of Tripura University that the students of every college under TU are not ready for offline semester exams.

The syllabus of all subjects will be covered by the end of January by respective teachers but we will have no time to read & study the notes. Moreover, we also have lots of practicals & assignments to submit which is making our progress next to impossible within the given time period.

Most students live with senior citizens & senior citizens have weak immune systems along with their underlying health problems which may increase after contraction of covid & ultimately die. As a child of the ones who gave us birth, we are not at all going to compromise the life & safety of our parents. Exams may come & go but parents once lost, never come back.

The number of petitions signed by the students of every college under Tripura University shows a clear result & must be either rescheduled or the syllabus greatly reduced.

This is a request to all the students to raise up their voices & stand up in unity by signing this petition & letting the university know the student's side of the story.
