The Wells Terrace 'tunnel' essentially runs through the middle of the base of one of City North's towers. The developer could have come up with some kind of transfer structure to minimise disruption to the existing 'tunnel', but clearly they have not been asked to! To be clear I get none of that money it goes to Change.org and can broaden the number of people who see the petition and have the opportunity to respond.
