missouri AG Andrew Bailey pretty much Supports the USE of Torture by Law enforcement agencies and their organized criminal buddies in MO, says if they torture people and use law enforcement to cover it up by not properly documenting the crimes or destroying the records or breaking sunshine law act requests it's not his problem. First of all it is his JOB to make sure agencies are creating and maintaining records.. ALL of which were either not created or destroyed in my case. He's letting agencies go rogue on their DUTY to create and maintain records for the PUBLIC.
Then acts As if he has no pull to push for a third party investigation into the torture of a us citizen on US soil, constitutional and civil rights violations, numerous crimes etc..
The AG completely ignores the sensory overload and sleep deprivation/restriction torture, as well as numerous criminal violation and acts if he doesn't have the ability as AG to ask for a state LED investigation to bring light to the issue.
He then goes on to Pretend that Criminal violations are up to ME to enforce... through civil means. You represent ALL of Missouri..It is your job to make sure the records they failed to create or destroyed in my case were IN THE PUBLIC RECORD . While most of the crimes were committed in St.Charles they followed to Lincoln county as well as St. louis COUNTY and even into Illinois this is a CRIMINAL matter... with the possibility of civil action not the other way around. Call in federal investigators to Properly represent your constituents... the citizens of MO.
The following was his response to my bringing attention to MY petition for a full and TRANSPARENT investigation into the crimes, constitutional violations, organized crime and blatant corruption in st.charles which you can read here https://www.change.org/saintcharlescorruption again calling for a full transparent investigation since individuals in Local police and government are part of the organized crime, torture etc. He claims to be a constitutional Conservative but when push comes to shove he shows everyone exactly what Missouri Republican Party thinks of its citizens and their constitutional rights. WE have none as long as departments take the time to prevent, edit or destroy records. It is clear by his response that he wants citizens who are criminally violated to go to the criminals so they can investigate themselves and find no wrong doing... which I already did. Suggesting I contact the very politicians who cover for both the office of responsibility and INTERNAL AFFAIRS leading the charge in the blue wall of silence. The CALL IS FOR A 3RD party investigation.. NOT LEGAL ADVISE OR counsel... do YOUR JOB and make them Produce the RECORDS THEY FAILED TO CREATE AND OR/DESTROYED. We wouldn't NEED a 3rd party investigation if you had DONE your JOB and make sure they were complying with Missouri's RECORDS acts. As well as making sure Officers weren't already in bed with organized CRIME.
