Proof of abuse the cheerleaders claim from both of the Metcalf boys as this somehow never made it to Court. Was there a Limine or did Mike Howard simply sell Karmelo down the river? There were I believe nine (9) witnesses ready to testify when he reportedly told the Anthony's that the State has not met its burden and failed to call them. He also allowed , without objection, a parade of teen witnesses to testify as to ultimate factual issues that is the exclusive province of the Jury, i.e. "Murder" and "Provocation." There will be an investigation.
