We the undersigned wish to petition the City of Guelph and the Province of Ontario and respectfully request to repurpose the former Ontario Reformatory to a Transformation Centre for addicts and other vulnerable and homeless people. We are aware of the historical importance of the property and will be most willing to comply with all of the guidelines and requirements.

This property has now been vacant for some 20 years and is becoming very run down.  We need to provide a safe home for hurting people who, along with volunteers, would have the purpose of restoring this property to its former pristine condition.

We have many people affected by addiction and the high cost of housing and we need to be helping them ASAP.
