My pregnant coworker was intimidated and threatened with her job if she didn’t transfer against her will. This is unfair and unacceptable, especially considering the vulnerability of pregnant women in the workplace. She deserves to work in a safe and supportive environment, not one where she is bullied into making decisions that could affect her health and well-being.
