I am a resident of Cherry Creek, Collinsville, OK, USA. Like many others in our community, I believe that our Home Owners Association (HOA) should be managed by those who truly understand and live in our neighborhood - the actual homeowners. Currently, decisions about our community are being made by individuals who do not reside within Cherry Creek. This disconnect often leads to decisions that may not align with the best interests of residents.

Our neighborhood is more than just houses; it's a vibrant community where every decision impacts us all. Therefore, it is essential that those making these decisions fully understand their implications on a personal level.

According to the Community Associations Institute (CAI), resident-led HOAs tend to have higher satisfaction rates as they are more attuned to the needs and desires of their communities. We want this for Cherry Creek too.

We ask for your support in petitioning for a change in management structure within our HOA so that it can be handed over to a group of actual residents within Cherry Creek. By doing so, we believe we can better serve the needs and aspirations of all homeowners in our beloved community.
