Lakhs of consumers have been duped during the recent RCOM 4g migration. This was an opportunity as well as a litmus test for the newly launched #TwitterSeva and it has failed considerably. Is #DOTSeva only to score brownie points? It is often said "A friend in need is a friend indeed", so on who's side is DOT/TRAI? Are they with the consumers or are they colluding with the service providers? If they really care for consumers, we appeal DOT/TRAI the following: TRAI/DOT MUST: 1) Form a committee to look into the above violations done by Telecom Service Provider(TSP)[RCOM] during its 4G Upgrade. 2) Penalize the TSP if found guilty. 3) Immediately form a Special Cell to Monitor & Fast Track the RCOM 4G Migration Grievance Redressal process!
