Everyone is aware that RCOM is not responding to emails (necessary to approach court). I got a call and also a response from RCOM Appellate authority. This is how to force them to respond. Tweet the screenshot of the email to @RcommCare mentioning @Dot_India @manojsinhabjp #DOTSeva. You will get a response from @Dot_India. You will also get a call from RCOM Appellate Authority.
