During the last couple of days I've been reading your comments. I had never expected to have so many people subscribing to my words on how I felt about Teleperformance Portugal's handling of the COVID-19 situation. I was honestly surprised to see that many of you had similar thoughts or experiences that you wanted to share with the rest. In such a big company, sometimes it's easy to feel like your voice is not being heard.
Therefore I decided to create a Facebook group for everyone to be able to share what they felt was necessary and helpful regarding this situation. The world is going through a rough time but we can get through this together.

Nos últimos dias tenho andado a ler os vossos comentários. Nunca tinha esperado que tantas pessoas subscrevessem as minhas palavras sobre como me sentia relativamente à forma como a Teleperformance Portugal está a lidar com a situação do COVID-19. Fiquei verdadeiramente surpreendida ao ver que muitos de vocês tinham pensamentos ou experiências que queriam partilhar com os restantes. Numa empresa tão grande, por vezes é fácil sentir que a nossa voz não está a ser ouvida.
Portanto, decidi criar um grupo de Facebook para todos poderem partilhar o que acham necessário e útil nesta situação. O mundo está a passar por uma altura difícil, mas conseguimos ultrapassar isto juntos.
