This was the same debate where the Commissioner acknowledges the Woodlands Parkway Extension (Woodtrace Parkway) is being built and will bring traffic requiring the widening on Woodlands Parkway. I'll share that video tomorrow. I have heard many people claiming he didn't say that and he even put out a press release saying there are no plans.
