Another reason to vote no has just been raised and that has to do with the tremendous amount of maintenance projects between $50-79M and $11.5M described and TBD. I failed to see these as I was over focused on the Woodlands Parkway expansion and I didn't know many of these projects had less than a 10 year useful life. Some of the projects are cleaning drainage ditches. No Bank would give you a 30 year loan to finance 1 years worth of lawn maintenance. No Bank would finance a car for 30 years and "The Bank of the People of Montgomery County" need to say no to financing maintenance projects!
