Extension granted - Consultation period extended to 5pm 7th November

Council has extended the consultation period up to 5pm on the 7th November, so there is now a fair time period for everyone to consider their submission in relation to the exclusion of the Walkerville YMCA site in Smith St Walkerville from the Community Land Register. The Community information drop-in session is still scheduled for this Saturday 12th October at the Walkerville Town Hall, between 11am and 1pm. The YMCA site is listed under Smith St Recreation in section 5.1 in the exclusion register. Ask why? Ask why not keep the community land status to ensure community, education and recreation services can continue from the site into the future.
