GOOD NEWS! One August 10, the Town Board voted against the settlement with CSP. James Schultz was the lone vote in favor of settling; Alan Tavenner, Floyd Guernsey, and Matthew Brisley all voted NOT to accept the settlement. So now, it's up to us to give the Town Board members all the support we can as they prepare for the vested rights trial in late October, and through the DEC process.
