OCMD Curfew Update needed to Sec 18.3 of town codes.

I have added the section of the codes that need to be modified immediately due to the outrage throughout the town. If you look at Sec. 18-1. - Definitions of our Civil Emergencies.,about riots and violence and why a change can be granted. I have included Municipal Government, Governor Hogan, Ordinances, Ocean City to get the visibility out there for this to take place. It's time for us to take back what is ours and make others respect it! Thank you very much and I hope you shared and made a point to tell your friends to sign it. I believe we are up close to 2600 which went up quite a bit today!! We will force Meehan and council to make something happen now. We need a break and so do the police!
