Complaint Procedure Update

This Wednesday March 23, bylaw manager Ryan Cronsberry will be presenting his findings to council. By the looks of it, the complaint procedure will mostly stay the same but he does have some recommendations that should help. I will attached the link below, please take a few minutes to read it.
