Constable Scott Rowe has recently been named as the incumbent police chief of the Dalmeny police service. This petition is to the town of Dalmeny on behalf of the residents of the town and surrounding area to reverse the decision to promote him to chief of police. Cst. Rowe has been suspended multiple times for misconduct and has been allowed to abuse his power on many more occasions both in and out of uniform. He has a history of physically assaulting members of the public including one document  event in which he assaulted his ex-wife while carrying his service firearm. 

Tell the people in government of the town that this man is not right to hold this level of authority. Rowe must go!
