Toula Dining (Toronto) Ltd or Toula Restaurant and Bar located on Westin Harbor Castle (38th floor), Toronto is denying to pay all the employees dues since March,2020. They are trying to use the COVID-19 situation and trying to close the restaurant without paying over 200k worth of wages, tips & vacation pay. The management is out of reach since the pandemic started. The owner Ursula Wolfel and Luca Viscardi took off to Italy and their representative here are not responding to any query. Luca Viscardi has closed 4/5 other business in past 10 years in Toronto. There are 100s of employees were unpaid their due and also several small business loans and other government  authorities were also unpaid. We fear he is doing the same. Your support and help is needed in this matter, least we  can do is spread this and create an awareness of this fraudulent activity.
