Get this moving again

Thank you SO much to the 40 who have signed already. Unfortunately, I started this initiative around the same time that Andrew who volunteered at PWA went missing, so out of respect for everyone I just let this be for the past few months. Sadly, there is still no information at all about Andrew and this coming Monday marks the 3 months point so I've decided enough time has passed to push this petition once again and get Medicinal Marijuana back into the Financial Assistance Program.
