CBC does not identify community concerns

CBC failed to identify that this is a 35 year pilot project with no plan, no budget, no due process.  That is a legitimate concern for the community.   Long term viability and success of the proposed development is what the community wants to ensure - hold our politicians accountable to think-it-through and provide a plan for success.  This is not a NIMBY reaction as is being portrayed by the media.
