A lot of dogs have been mislabeled as Dangerous Dogs since the Dangerous Dog Order has been put in place. To appeal the order, you must pay $305, and send a notice to them within 30 days as to why you believe your dog should not be a Dangerous Dog. It is ridiculous how easily a bylaw officer can label your dog as such, and should be a lot harder to do so. My dog is currently labeled as a Dangerous Dog, I’m trying to fight it. Help me stop the dangerous dog appeal !
