I want cats and dogs impounded at the pound to be accurately described on the website and over the phone. This is in Maxwell's name as he was PTS according to owner because information about his distinguishing marks was not given on the website or over the phone.
Many owners are being told their pet is not there only to go in and see they are.
Unidentified animals should be given FIVE working days to be reunited like identified (microchipped etc)... especially if a lot of data was wiped. Give the animals 2 extra days... surely they are worth that. And when the owner is reunited they would have to pay for the extra few days so at $20 sustenance fee each day... $40 extra per animal should more than pay for the cost of saving the animals life.
