We couldn’t be doing this without you. Last week, some of the Save Mt Lofty team went to the DHA head office in Canberra to express our concerns. Stay tuned for more details about that meeting.

Our entire Mt Lofty community, including our beloved koalas, want to thank all you 100,000 legends for supporting us. Our local issue wouldn’t have become national news without you all signing this petition and getting behind this issue. Our voices are being heard by local decision-makers because of your unwavering support.

Last week, the Save Mt Lofty Inc also organised the Toowoomba Escarpment Bushfire Forum to hear from experts the impacts of the bushfires in Toowoomba, and how we can recover. The climate is changing. We need to be better prepared to mitigate against what is expected in the coming years, for ourselves and our wildlife.
