Shane has passed away, please help me remember him Unfortunately Shane lost his fight to this terrible disease friday night. He is now peaceful and was surrounded by family in his last few days with us. He put up a very strong fight and even in his final hours still managed to prove the doctors predictions wrong in true Shane style. Shane's legacy will live on and we will continue to fight for him to ensure that the Australian government approves this treatment and no one else has to suffer and fight for their life as Shane had to. I'm going to keep fighting, and hope you'll be with me. For now, please share this update and the petition link to keep momentum going: change.org Over the past 15 years Shane has touched so many people and whilst educating so many on a disease that many didnt even know existed he always maintained a smile, positive attitude and a love for life And thats what he would want all of us to continue to do.
