Ben is a 3 year old German Shepard who lives daily on a chain outside with a plywood lien two as shelter. There is no insulation and only straw a couple times a year. He is out in the freezing cold, rain and the heat of summer. He has barely food and water because his chain and himself tips them over. He has barely any human contact. Hundreds of people drive by everyday to see Ben just sitting there. There are never any items to stimulate him. He needs to be removed from the property and given a home he so deserves. Please help Ben live the rest of his life with the love and compassion he SO deserves! Be the voice for the voiceless.... our local Humane Society has deemed this acceptable... please share
