NZTA have provided the image below to show the on ramps to be built outside Aotea Sea Scouts. The visual shows Orpheus Drive in the foreground then the north bound on ramp, and behind this just showing is the south bound on-ramp that will cross State Highway 20 and loop round to take traffic in the direction of Mangere Bridge. The image gives some sense of scale but is not necessarily accurate when compared to the earlier cross section we were given, which showed the tops of trucks on the north bound on-ramp level with the roof apex, and on the south-bound on ramp being at least a metre above this with truck drivers able to look over the roof of Aotea Sea Scouts. These roads block our access to Gloucester Park and hence the need for a reclamation and for the relocation of Aotea Sea Scouts to a more suitable location.
