I'm pleased to report that Tomasso's medical records have been received and are being actively reviewed. Additionally, the investigating officer has been in contact with the District Attorney, and I've been informed that I'll receive an update on the case and the officer's plans for proceeding on Monday.

While we wait for this update, I'm cautiously optimistic. However, I know that we can't let our guard down. We need to continue pushing for justice and ensuring that the District Attorney pursues charges.
