I want to thank each and every one of you who has signed and shared this petition in support of justice for my son Tomasso. We are making progress, but we are still waiting on some critical evidence.

Currently, we are awaiting Tomasso's medical records, which will be reviewed by the investigating officer and the coroner. This will help them piece together the events surrounding his tragic death.

Additionally, we are still waiting for Tomasso's phone to be returned from the state police lab. This is a crucial piece of evidence that will help investigators understand what happened in the days and hours leading up to his passing.
