Tokyo Ghoul manga is one of the best seinen mangas of all time but like most of the seinen anime adaptations it wasn't the best one. Although the first season was good the seasons following weren't. The second season was Anime Original(the author Sui Ishida wanted that) and it didn't make much sense after the story renturned to the canon. When re(mangas 2nd Part) started the animation wasn't as good as fans thought it would have been and the story was very rushed.

Problems i have with Studio Pierrot adaptation.

1. Does NOT follow the manga properly.

2. Where is the second part of the first TG manga?

3. 30 volumes of manga to 36 episodes of anime?

4. Tokyo Ghoul √A is not cannon.

5. It's a seinen anime but it feels like typical shounen.
