Dragon Ball is one of the most iconic manga series of all time. Its success would give rise to the series we today know as the Big Three of Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece.

It would spawn mutliple anime series including Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and the remastered Dragon Ball Z Kai.

However, these series are dated and their age shows. Also, because they were produced while the manga was still going, they include a lot of filler content. Even Dragon Ball Z Kai, the remastered version, had to leave some of the filler content in, because it reused footage from the original Dragon Ball Z instead of using completely new footage.

Also, Dragon Ball and the first part of Dragon Ball Z Kai are not up to date in HD.

Which is why Toei Animation should make an updated and more faithful adaptation of the Dragon Ball series. With Dragon Ball Super and its sequel movies clearly being popular right now, it is the perfect time for Toei to redo the series and make it completely faithful to the manga, with no filler content. An entire generation of fans will be able to see Goku’s adventures in updated graphics and format.

This is why I ask Toei Animation: Please make a faithful and updated adaptation of the Dragon Ball manga.
