My Reason to Act: When I first watched Digimon Tamers on the now-defunct Jetix as a child, I was hooked on the way it was taking the story to a whole new level. It is the best of any Digimon season because, unlike other stories, Tamers has a full main story on all of its episodes, while providing darker content, realistic looks, and real emotions, which makes it even better than the classic Adventure.

Problem: It’s been 20 years since Digimon Tamers hasn’t received the post-series treatment compared to the Adventure continuity that commemorated the anime franchises’ fifteenth anniversary with its six-part movie series titled as tri. More importantly, the difference is that Tamers didn’t get the same kind of an ending as the two Adventure seasons, which had their epilogue.

Solution: We want to see the Tamers' continuity to receive the post-childhood series anime content treatment in a Digimon Adventure tri. formula. So, we need a strong active fan base to convince Toei Animation in giving Digimon Tamers its sequel series with the 2021 story script written by Chiaki J. Konaka.

Without the Victory: As Digimon viewers, the least we can do is to settle for the Adventure tri. Films. However, if Digimon Tamers doesn’t get their tri treatment by the time it passes their 25th anniversary at the latest, we would end up moving on without having an anime sequel with its closure for this continuity.

Benefits: The anime sequel to Digimon Tamers will reconnect the OG viewers who watched the series as children, and will be able to see the beloved characters evolve and grow up as a step forward for a satisfying conclusion.
